Why We Started

A few years ago, we were trying to fill out an important online application form from a mobile phone. The photo was great, but it was 2MB. After spending almost an hour downloading sketchy apps and dealing with annoying pop up ads, the resized image finally reached 20KB but looked completely blurred. The quality was ruined.

That frustration led to a simple idea: why isn't there a clean, fast, and secure web tool that just does the job without ruining the photo quality?

Being passionate about web development and solving real world problems, we decided to build it ourselves. Our goal was simple to create a free tool where anyone can compress their JPG or WEBP images to specific sizes like 10KB, 20KB, 50KB, or 100KB in just a single click.

When you are uploading your personal photos, ID cards, or signatures, security is the biggest concern. We want to be 100 percent transparent with you. Your photos are never uploaded to any server.

We designed the code so that the entire resizing process happens directly inside your web browser. The moment you close the tab, the data is gone. You do not have to worry about your private images being stored or misused.
